HCMC, Vietnam – November 7, 2025 – HHT Capital today confirmed a highly productive meeting with key leadership from the Japan Drone Organization (JDO) held in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday, November 5th, to advance discussions on a proposed Joint Venture (JV).

HHT Capital is advancing this initiative with significant commitment, intending to establish the pioneering enterprise for drone assembly and export from Vietnam directly to the Japanese market.

William Le, CFO of HHT Capital, stated: “We are extremely keen on this venture and our teams are ready to move forward. The synergy between HHT Capital’s investment capabilities and JDO’s expertise is clear, and we are prepared to dedicate the necessary resources to ensure this JV becomes a leader in the high-tech assembly space.”

The JDO delegation received a tour of HHT Capital’s semiconductor facilities in SHTP, which HHT Capital proposed as the ideal manufacturing location for the JV. Both parties are committed to finalizing the structure, with an ambitious target to have the Joint Venture fully operational by Q1 2026.
