Founded as a trading company
Carving out a niche for itself by leasing vehicles to taxi companies. This initial phase saw the company establish a strong foundation in the automotive leasing sector, demonstrating its ability to grow and adapt within a specific market. Through a decade of operations, HHT Capital developed key expertise in asset management and fostering beneficial partnerships.
2024
Turned into a Private Equity Fund
The year 2024 marked a significant transformation for HHT Capital, as it successfully emerged as a Private Equity (PE) fund. This strategic shift was further bolstered by the addition of new General Partners (GPs), bringing fresh perspectives and expanded expertise to the firm. This evolution represented a pivotal moment, signaling HHT Capital’s ambition to broaden its investment scope and actively participate in a wider array of ventures.
2025
Updated with 3 GPs and New Sustainable Investment Strategy
Building on its newfound structure, HHT Capital is undergoing another strategic evolution in 2025, pivoting its focus to a Sustainable Investment Strategy. This change reflects a commitment to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into its investment decisions. This forward-looking approach positions HHT Capital to not only seek financial returns but also to contribute positively to society and the environment, aligning its growth with global sustainability goals.

Our mission is to actively contribute to the nation’s ambitious climate goals, specifically aiming for a 3% contribution towards Vietnam’s net-zero emissions target. We plan to achieve this through strategic investments that facilitate the deployment of 10,000 electric vehicles (EVs) across the country, significantly reducing carbon footprint from transportation. Furthermore, we are dedicated to developing 100 integrated green hubs, fostering eco-friendly urban and industrial spaces that champion energy efficiency and sustainable living. Through these targeted initiatives, HHT Capital strives to be a leading force in Vietnam’s green transition, delivering both environmental impact and robust returns.
